Neuropsychologist exploring digital motivational strategies, especially video games, serious games, and gamification, to support behavior change.
I am a postdoctoral researcher and Science Ambassador at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK), and professor of game design at the University of Trento, Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science. I earned my Ph.D. in 2024 from FBK and the University of Trento, with a project on gamification design.
During my doctoral studies, I had the opportunity to spend a period as a visiting researcher at The Games Institute at the University of Waterloo, Canada.
My interests span a diverse range of topics, from sustainability, more-than-human approaches, green transportation, serious games and gamification design and effectiveness, UI/UX design.
